Was told a sprinkler head was about 23.00 no more and get a bill for double. Then on top of it the guy fixing it had attitude that he has to dig it and was crazy on the walkie to the other guy doing the control panel in the house. Called Dj's and there was no help. Very upset and disgusted.

This company is so professional. They guys that come in our home are so kind and courteous they put shoe covers on. They are thorough on explaining all details. Great company, highly recommend!!!!

I had a system that had not run for 8 years and DJ's came out and got it running!! They are excellent to work with, customer service is amazing, field techs are helpful, clean and polite. I definitely recommend them.

This operation is great. I bought a house that included an irrigation system DJs had installed. I contacted them & we set up soring & fall times for them to visit. when they arrive they are professional & quick and helpful.

DJ's Lawn Sprinklers installed our system in 2016, and have been maintaining it for us since then. They were timely, and very respectful during the installation, and the system has worked flawlessly since then. When we make appointments for spring start up or fall shutdown, they are always on time, and have never had to reschedule. We're very happy with their service and recommend them to anyone who needs a sprinkler system!

Have used them for probably 10 years now. Always come when they say, are aware of and careful of issues I have with the lawn to keep it looking good. I feel they are dependable and they have long term people that remember your job details year over year.

We have signed an annual contract with the company in the winter of 2018, which included sprinkler system start in the spring and shut off in the Fall, two services over 12 months of 2018. We sent a check for the entire year which the company cashed in February of 2018. Problems: 1) The company is unreachable. There is no live person answering the phone EVER, so you have to leave a message to schedule the services that the company owes to you based on the paid contract. The catch is that they call during the business hours, in spite of the fact that you request a call back during a specific window in your day when you are actually in the office, and not at one of the numerous meetings. No luck, the call still comes in when you are discussing an urgent project with a group of 20 at work. After playing phone tag with them for many weeks this spring, my husband ended up getting the sprinklers started himself, even though we have already paid for this service. 2) Miraculously, we were able to reach and schedule DJ Sprinklers to come out to our property to shut down the sprinkler system for the winter. However, the company representatives claimed that we have no contract with them and made my husband write out a new check for their fall service. As expected, I was not able to discuss any of this with a live person over the phone. It took a third party to convince DJ sprinklers to reimburse the extra payment in addition to, very reluctant, reimbursement of the half of the service contract. Never again, at least not for us.
